Our Quality Control Department continually evaluates all processes to ensure they are maintained and improved upon to guarantee that the end results will meet or exceed the expectations of our customers. Part inspection is done with state-of-the-art inspection equipment including precision gauges and both optical and video comparators. An example of this is our Mitutoyo Laser Scan Micrometer, which is accurate to sixty millionths of an inch.
All of our process capabilities and statistical analysis are performed using real-time data and reports are supplied when required by the customer.
